Recent Favorite Designer Thrift Store Finds
Maybe we make it look like every time we walk into a thrift store we find amazing stuff, but honestly we don’t. There are those days when we walk out buying nothing . . . yes, absolutely nothing. We have many shopping trips like this but we can’t post that on Facebook or the blog, that would be boring!
All that said, here is a compilation of some of our favorite recent thrift store treasures that stand out above all the other finds.
Authentic Burberry plaid jackets for $2!
Why is Thursday our favorite day of the week? Because each week the OUTLET stores open with all new inventory and EVERYTHING is priced at only $2 at Family Thrift Center Outlets! We found two authentic BURBERRY Brit quilted jackets (currently retail $595 in stores) for $2. A stellar find!
We found this jacket last year for $2 and a similar one at NORDSTROM retails for $595!
Christian Lacroix Heels for $2
We about fell over when we found these gorgeous Christian Lacroix heels for $2 at the Outlet store, they retailed for well over $400! They looked like they had only been worn once.
Authentic COACH Purses for $2
Two authentic COACH purses for $2 at Family Thrift Center OUTLET (Little York). We find fakes all the time so learn what to look for: hardware, quality of leather, craftsmanship, stitching & serial number. If in doubt, do a search on your phone.
Oscar de la Renta Scarf for $2
A great resource for thrift shopping is thethriftshopper.com. The next time you want to find a new thrift store in your area, or anywhere else, just enter the zip code on thethriftshopper.com. The site lists all of the stores in that area, complete with their hours, location, how to sign up for their mailing lists, and even reviews from other shoppers.
